Learn how to optimize your child’s sleep schedule from newborn to preschool!
This is for you if…
You want to help your child sleep better, but you aren’t sure how.
None of the online sleep schedules or charts seem to be a fit for your child.
You’re ready to have all of the scheduling advice you need, from newborn to preschool.
Better sleep starts with understanding your child’s unique sleep needs, and optimizing their sleep scheduling.
It’s not just about following a wake window chart.

“Is this sleep training?”
Nope!
Sleep training is a strategy used to teach your child to sleep independently. This guide is designed for all families, regardless of their approach to sleep. Whether you bed-share, assist to sleep and transfer to the crib, or are wanting to focus on independent sleep-your child can sleep so much better if their sleep schedule is optimized.
If you are planning on sleep training, I strongly believe that optimizing your child’s sleep schedule should come first. If we don’t do this, sleep training is unlikely to go well. Understanding how your child’s sleep needs will change as they age is also key to making sleep changes last long term. Sleep regressions are often just a signal that your child needs less sleep and their schedule needs to be adjusted.
