THE SLEEP CONSULTANT PROGRAM DELIVERY

The Sleep Consultant program is delivered through the following steps:

  1. You will complete the Sleep Questionnaire: The information you provide will allow me to create a personalized sleep plan for your child.

  2. Private Virtual Consultation: We will meet via Zoom for a 90-minute in-depth review of your personalized sleep plan.

  3. Personalized 1:1 follow-up support as you implement your sleep plan (type of communication dependent on package purchased).

  4. Sleep Log: You will be supplied with a Sleep Log, via Google Drive, which is to be filled in daily. This log helps me track progress and help you troubleshoot as needed.

PERSONALIZED FOLLOW-UP SUPPORT DETAILS

Our first follow-up phone call will be booked during our consultation, and will take place the day after you begin the program. This will allow me to check in with you about how the first night went, and set you up for nap success! Remaining follow-up calls will be booked as outlined by your sleep package.

If I cannot reach you for some time/you miss a follow-up phone call, I will assume things are going well, and no additional support is needed. If you need to contact me via email, please feel free to do so anytime, and we will respond as soon as we are able to, within our business hours.

TEXT MESSAGE SUPPORT

If the program you have chosen includes unlimited text message support, you may message your sleep consultant anytime! We will answer your text messages as soon as we possibly can, during our business hours. If you have purchased bedtime text message support, this includes two hours of texting during bedtime on night one (start time to be determined upon booking).

PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS

  • Payment of the invoice is necessary to hold your consultation date.

  • If you wish to cancel after purchase, and it is less than 72 hours until the scheduled consultation, 75% of the payment will be refunded.

  • There will be no cancellations or refunds given after the consultation takes place.

  • If the client chooses to delay starting the sleep plan more than 1 month after the consultation, a new questionnaire will be required, and if the sleep plan requires amendments, additional fees may apply.
